For women and men to spend time with the Grandmothers. Grandmother’s Empowerment A four day wellness package for women learning the women’s teachings in their own space called Granny land. Serpent Rising A four day wilderness retreat. Healing ourselves from patriarchal energy that has embedded itself in our communities for 500 years. Traditional Stress Management A four day wellness package for the relief of stress on individuals. Birth lodgeHow to present the information that allows people the opportunity to revisit their own birth and reclaim their sacredness. Shawl of Power
Grandmother teachings and how to help our grandmothers/clan mothers find their voices. Conflict Resolution Workshop A two day workshop on alternative ways of resolving conflict to find resolutions. Cleansing Retreats The retreat will give participants the opportunity to relax and come home to themselves while learning gentle tools to take away for ongoing healing. This is a body-mind-spirit connection to health. Medicine Wheel – A place of intense inner healing by meditation, visioning and praying. Sacred Fire Arbor - Moon Ceremonies where the women can come together, sit, and pray only for themselves when the moon is full and round. Women teachings tell us that relationship between earth, moon and woman is powerful. Drum Making Workshops - from creating to birthing your drum 
Drumming CirclesSweat Lodges Vision Quest – A time of silence and reflection. Land of the Lost Souls – The large circle in a stand of Scotch Pines is used by the women to retrieve their soul parts. Outdoor Cook House – Feasts are prepared at the site to honor the ancestors and all that is sacred. To feed and teach young people how to prepare food in an old-fashioned way. Grandmothers Fire – This circle speaks to the roles, responsibilities, and final ceremonies as women going through menopause to be welcomed into the Grandmothers Circle to begin a new walk. Meditation Spots – Screen houses keep the participants bug free while they go into meditation.  Spa Bird and Wildlife watching Canoe Trips – Canoeing adventures down the Mississagi River - The river offers crowd-free wilderness canoe tripping. Grey Owl called the Mississagi a "King among rivers" for its spectacular waterfalls and valley of white pine. Whitewater canoeing thrills are tempered with serene lakes, wildlife-rich wetlands and picturesque campsites.
